Hi Everyone!

Once again I think we can all be proud of a very well attended and successful 3-Man tournament! 19 teams plus reserves and guests made for a rather busy Nova Paintball facility this weekend! As promised the shift from the Nova 3-man to the RPL will be as seamless as possible, and Event 4 proved that as long as everyone is willing to add a bit of understanding to the mix, everything is possible.

Thanks must go to all the volunteers and people that helped with various duties to make this event flow smoothly, the photographers, the ladies at the kiosk and food stand, Lisco and his team of field helpers, Daniel, the driver of the Bathroom Shuttle, and everyone else that helped even just a little here and there. Of course we also wish to thank our Sponsors for helping us make these events happen. Thanks to  The Woods Paintball, thanks also to Cecil himself for keeping everyone topped up with HP Air, newest and most esteemed sponsors, Money Paintball and Tippmann! Lets hope more and more sponsors come our way with the kind of growth and success we are currently putting out there!

We must also once again thank head referee Conrad for helping with the Marshalling, as well as everyone from the teams that Marshalled during the event. The marshalling is still a challenge for us at this stage, the marshals are always different and many of the teams out there helping out have no marshalling experience but are always keen to lend a hand. We hope to get this done by a dedicated group of marshals that are not players and will bring some stability to the system asap, but we will keep you posted on this. As we keep seeing, everybody would rather be playing than marshalling

As for the games, besides for a few grumbles here and there, the day was a BLAST! and we did our best to keep everything fair and moving quickly to finish before dark! All 87 main games and the two sudden death tie breakers were played without a hitch! Well done to all the players and teams, you guys are really starting to shine and improve by leaps and bounds, there are definitely some Open division players that will be heading for the Pro Division from next year, so the Pro Div teams better keep sharpening those skills as there is some fresh talent heading your way! So lets keep the talent coming and grow this league! 30, 40 or even 60 teams! It’s possible!
